I've got some pictures of mine but as i was doing it i got greasy and didn't want to touch my phone go figure. also i really like how your pto has a dual output wish mine did but the twin stick for sale in my area is a steep 400-500 bucks on craigslist and i don't see myself spending that, plus i would have to bend the rods any how. if one comes up in the future i will do it or perhaps for my 3b i will get the pto, ( i really want to put a pto driven snow blower on a jeep to clear my driveway up north plow guy gets pretty expensive this time of year)

Well, if you have ever watched Jpet's video on why a man with a overdrive gets the girls, --------------imagine a dual stick PTO. He would be surrounded by Hooters girls I think!

Schimmmmmmmmms, my PTO is a winch pto, the rear shaft is not intended for Ag use, a dual stick is, as the rear shaft is directly behind the pto. If you used my pto to power the ag rear box I do not think the chain would last very long. Lee

lee not using it to run the pto gear box but i think direct drive to the pto but i would have to look at it more. also if i had the double shaft like that i would rig it up so i could have a winch in the front and the bed off the pto. the possibilities.

i wish i had gotten it, it is one of the 3 things on my willys bucket list ( i had an overdrive on the list but got that one crossed off this year). Those photos were from an oldwillysforum member who has that in his truck and was nice enough to run out and take a bunch of pictures for me.

well i decided i am going to reuse the winch cable that came on my winch. not sure how long it is but i am going to oil it and possibly paint it. it has some surface rust and a few minor twinge to it but it is 7/16 cable not 5/16 so it is rated for a ton of weight.

Remember to never saddle a dead horse! That's winch terminology.

I am amazed at the attention that this thread gets...FANTASTIC! When you fellas ask these questions, like back and forth, could you maybe do some pics, and explain...Its like your talking a "strange language" one that I for one would love to learn. I HAVE 0 experience with any winch...Maybe a new thread should be in order...Winch 101 with Captain Leemeister, and Sir Shimms....How about it?

Schimmmmmmms, if you have a quality cable clip (that's a clamp HG) you will need two, Crosby (the best) says 80% efficiency rating on 1/8" to 7/8" rope, so with 7/16" you will need two to get you over 100%. www.thecrosbygroup.com/html/en-US/pdf/pgs/34.pdfHTH, Lee
