I am currently fighting with my NOS Omix Ada windshield. Look close at the pics. Touches passenger side to the cowl . Look at the bolt hole line ups. I have some ideas. What are yours?

1. Omix Ada. 2. Mid pic rt bolt hole close to sheet mtl roll up. 3. Bot pic left bolt hole farther from sheet mtl roll up. 4. I would expect consistency in those 2 locations... 5. Whats tweaked? the windshield frame or cowl? Throw a tape corner to corner of the w/s frame and find eql dims.

The answer is: buy a original before you ever buy MD Juan. Their own windshield won't fit their own tub. They suck! You have to move the holes in the windshield for the hold down clamps. To fit the cowl curvature, you have to do surgery on the windshield lower pipe and form it until the rubber takes up the slack. In other words, you have to fit it and re-paint it.

In the spirit of the season I should delete my offensive post. Or NOT!
All BS aside it was a sad day when manufacturers shifted QC to the buyer.

No reason to delete, jousting is a holiday gift, LOL Millions of children will receive Chi-Com manufactured gifts in the next 24 hours, a good share of them will be landfill bound in the coming weeks, much like a fuel sending unit!

That is awesome. When I rewired my first wreck (the gray 3A) I flipped the switch and much to my amazement the original 6V bulbs (stamped 1951) lit right up! Too cool! Oh, and I just ordered a new Walck's harness for the red 3A. Hurry up and post that wiring tutorial you've been bragging about so I can put it to immediate use.

That Ron is always thinking. Pretty cool idea. Someone will try and find this company that tagged your Jeep in 50 or 60 years now. LOL, Oilly

Thinking about it, I like the term reconditioned better than restored.
