“There I was. Flat on my back. 109’s and 190’s all around me. I think I even saw a 262. Not sure. I think I’m dreaming.” Probably that lone Horten, Scoutpilot. Great work there HG. It'd be wired by now if you wouldn't take so many naps in between.

Love it. You take your shoes off so you don't scuff things, crawl in, lay down, and begin. That's when you realise, you forgot your glasses, the light doesn't work, or that one wrench you need is on the bench!!!!!!! Am I right?

Saturday and Sunday was spent digging through the passenger side of the engine compartment cleaning grounding points and changing out the bronze bushing in the bell for the starter. While under there, I noticed a massive script F on my frame beneath the generator splash shield. An F so large, even I could not have stamped it. I'm sure I had seen it before, but had forgotten about it. It was like an early Christmas present. Better yet, it shone so brightly, the Wisemen could have used it to find Bethlehem!

Flux the ends and solder them on. That should make the Captain calm down. You haven't fit the fenders/hood/grill/tub yet either!

Do aluminum radiators not need the fan guard?

It’s not that the radiator needs the guard. It’s your hands that need the guard.

It's called a Fargin Shroud Iceholes... And I don't think I am going to install one. I was under the assumption that the shroud helped to direct the air to the backside of the radiator. Quick question ... WITF sticks their hand into a running engine? Especially there ? If I have cooling issues, which I hope I do not, I may try to fab a shroud .. Until then.... Keep your Fargin. Hands out of running engines , you dumb Bastages!!!!

Those connectors are top quality!!! I got them at A VERY RELIABLE VENDOR! All you do is bolt them on, no need to soldier them. PS.... I have a NOS lead set somewhere around here. But I am scared that I might get lead poisoning or WORSE!!!

The Fenders.... Oh boy! I saved the best for last. It's really not that bad. I just got my supports and anti squeak kit from Ron Fitz. Hello I made a video!
I repaired 3 major rot holes in the drivers side, and installed the support today.
Still more to do. I am getting very excited , as this is coming together !! I appreciate everyone's help , you guys are THE BEST!!! No question in my mind. Just glad to be a part .

. Top quality! , Chi-com brass shit, they will fail, you will say " That Captain is an "F"script genius" I should listen to him instead of calling him an Asshole all the time". The HG is correct (hard to believe, as he is an arrogant bastard) it is a "Shrowd", I agree if your stupid enough to put your hand there, you most likely do not need fingers anymore...... I conned him into buying the aluminum radiator so he can be OUR ginnypig (yes you can thank me). We will see if he has a heating problem, if it were mine I would make a Shrowd to make it look more correct..... Several reports from other users say they work good without, as the aluminum transfers heat better, we will see.

I never called you a half hole. Now Bastage and IceHole! Those are my dearest terms of endearment . I am not an arrogant Bastard!!! It's just a cover up for my deep emotional scars. I though perhaps all of you would have figured that out by now. Now back to serious Willis Stuff! I just Fscripting installed my headlights. That Fing ground that goes to the back of the headlight bucket!!!! Brass dremel brushes suck!!! I'm putting that on my list as well! First I cleaned off the paint from the screw hole. kind of like a gas hole , only different! Then, geriatric grease. That's to make all you old Bastages laugh!!! You know you did! Then after many attempts....success ! And many bad words....

Whatever. I see a gas an strapped to the bumper!, you've been on a cheater run around the block with the tub on I bet!.......... That's cheating, the Willys restorers rule is "No Driving till its done" the General may issue a citation to you for " Driving an Unprepared Jeep" BIG fine no doubt!. Or a trip to Jeep detention hall!.
