And Lee, if you do a query for Mount Princeton Hot Springs Resort, then look about 4 miles southeast of there, you'll find the Thirsty Dirt Ranch. Just look for the largest private garage in the county and you've got my place. ;-)

When I was a Young Lad...My first favorite song was by John Denver...Thats right, Rocky Mountain High. I have always been an Eastern Seaboard kind of fellow. This will be a Dream Come True!!! Thanks Again to all whom have made it happen. I am most thankful!

I like that song too, but do me a favor. Don't start singing it. That's one of those songs you just can't get out of your head. I'll be singing it, humming it, and thinking it all day...and that will drive me nuts.  Most of the time, a new song will erase a song stuck in my head, but I don't have a radio in my Willys. I was saddened to hear Lew and Franky will not be able to make the FCT this year. They will be missed. I'm sure he's a bit bummed out too. Sounds like the regulars + a whole bunch of new folks are planning to be in Colorado this year. There may be 20+ Willys Jeeps out there!!! HG, don't fret. I Am sad . That I will not get to see Mr. President of the IFFC this go around. But I completely understand however about work being important....We have to eat. If it wasn't for the kindnesses of members in the Jeep world, I would not be attending the FCT myself. Thanks Sir Hawridge for offering to pick me up. |
