We now know where the Captain stands. Haines, when will you stop sleeping with your new toy? Your wife will get tired of banging her elbow on it. Now you can start finding all the goodies. Grenade launching sight, blank fire adaptor, winter trigger, or even go all out and turn it into a M1D sniper unit.

Possibly a new standard here! That's right Mister! Fargin Lurking Bastages! No, this isn't new. Your standards here have always been low class. i should've have posted this video instead. It provides a deeper background into the Tug Speedman/ Schiller connection. Speedman-Schiller
May the beloved CJ never endure this type of lunacy again. And Sanders for president.

Dear Lurker, I figured out by the wording and sound--------read between the lines type of thing, who you are. Good Job. I love it how you bait a response. You are a rotton devious Bastage! We need to have a HBR by the campfire now.

Very nice rifle you got there. I got one a few years ago from the CMP that's a 6 digit SA serial from March 1942. It's a hodgepodge of parts but it's cool none the less. Real nice to shoot. The greatest battle implement ever devised.

Is this the new argument? Garand vs Jeep? OK. Let’s throw in the P-51 and the helicopter (Experimental models were used in the CBI.).

Calm down, the Jeep had a rifle rack or scabbard for the garand. One in the same. Imagine if Custer had garands!!!!!!!! Now that would have been a game changer.

Would they not have still fired over the Sioux' heads adjusting for bullet drop like they did with their first Enfields?

Negative. Rear sight would have been set to "B" for battle position. Aim a liitle low up close, a little high farther out. A one stop shop for sight adjustment. A very cool gun it is! Oilly

I want a good bayonet Damn it. Now Sir Eric tells me he has bought one . Too much money my brother. I have a feeling that a bayonet will find me the same way the M1 did. This is what is magical. You will see.

I talked with my friend at the shop. What is it you seek in a 45? Remington Rand, Colt, Ithaca? Name your poison. Unfortunately, WWII 45s are through the roof! I always wanted an Ithaca..... ?
