Is there a safe way to clean brake lines? I have a set that I installed new a year ago that I just took off one Jeep and will transplant to another. They're in great shape but a little dirty and I'm concerned small amounts of debris got in around the fittings as I was removing them. Can I just blast them with brake cleaner and let dry prior to installation?

If they are completely off, then blow them out with brake cleaner and compressed air and put a rubber cap on the ends till ready to bolt up.
