I'm glad you and Grumpy went first. Now I can watch and learn. We'll have to call yours the "Kubota Killer B". You'll be able to pass people, and "Smoke Em"! Choke, cough. Oilly

LOL,,, One project may become two .............Photo's will tell the story . After close inspection of the existing tub on the chassis in daylight, I think it is easily fixable . Also the replacement body that came with the package viewed in daylight has it's share of plusses and minuses as well, but a very rare find today!, I think this tub needs to go on an original driveline as it will make a beautiful original Jeep............ Hawkridge,,,,,,,,, who you think you are, Haines Garage! . Patience my friend! Lee

Lee I just took pictures , after re, re, re, inspection, I still think the tub is repairable, but not easily , lots of bondo covering trouble.........At any rate it has potential, and I have options and time to decide the path to travel.

Democrat huh? I'll just forward my medical bills to you along with the anti-coal 40% higher "clean" electric bills we now have. I'm sure glad they have made it all "affordable". I know you are waiting to get my attention, so here it is.

Wow! Those sure look good Lee! What a score! That should keep you off the street for a few days anyway! By the way, I like your log house with the wavy edge siding on the gable end. I built a log house for us starting back in "82". I just finished the soffits and gable ends last summer. I ended up doing the gable ends in board and batten because I couldn't find a supplier for wavy edge siding anywhere in south-central B.C. I bought a piece of treed property, cut all the trees for the house off the property, and did all the logwork myself! Have fun with the "B" EH!! binthere

Binthere, not wavy edge, just straight cedar and need to be re-stained. We built in 1995-96, most likely will never be done, LOL. We had the logs done off site and were set on our foundation. We hired a crew to do the roof, everything else we did. Logs came from northern MN and are red pine.

Lee Up here we had several types of cedar bevel siding. There was the straight edge, then there was a wavy edge like yours and also one we called haida skirl. It was mostly straight along the bottom, but about every 3 or 4 ft., had a drop below the bottom edge that looked like half a softball. Just type wavy edge bevel siding in google search. chuck

Haines, the stain is undercoating, bubba had the aluminum rear corner things pop riveted on, I gave them to my cousins son for his CJ5, he drilled out the rivets and pried them off, bubba had shot spray undercoating on before he did the aluminum thing. Oilleaker,,,,,,,,The price ....................My bride could care less what I bring home, I do not ask her for money either . She came from a family of $hit collectors and I fit right in . I do not think she would notice another one anyway . Pretty common for treasures to appear and then disappear at our place. Lee Hey I was in the art section.................WTF!
