I received my membership package today from the 101st Airbourne Association. I am honored to be a part, and that Sir Eric invited me to do so. Thanks my friend. Very nice packet, sticker, and membership card. I am very excited about this.

Not scheduled as of yet... Given the opportunity....you know I would!! Well...here is your opportunity: www.wwiiadt.org/index.htmSorry for the dead link. I'm on my iPad and for some reason I am no longer able to do any of the cool links, pictures, etc. Anyways, you can go to OK for a week, dress up and play army, do your 5 jumps out of a C47 and pin on wings.

Ok, I've got one for all of y'all Easy Company aficionados.... I remember at the beginning of each of episode,( I don't know if it was just a History Channel thing or not...), the surviving veterans gave a monologue...
Anyways, there was a man that said he was Leonard, Tx... Does anybody happen remember him or his name?

I don't have the series, I wish I did though....
I just remember the town of Leonard being mentioned, it's a little town ( pop. 1000) about 20 miles east of me...
Just idle curiosity that's all...

I have the whole series. (Who would have thunk) I'll check it out tomorrow while working in my shop.
