I want to take this giant roll out of the side of my tub. Any thoughts ?

Wow. Flat metal like that with a big stretch is tough. Maybe replace it all with new flat metal. Once you tie off (weld) all the sides, you have to pull lots of shrinks and then spend eons of time until finally skim coating the whole thing with bondo. I hate those inner wheel wells. YUK! Oil

Perhaps I will try A BFH first .....

If you are willing to pull the whole wheel well off, you can put that portion flat on a concrete floor and hammer away at it, then shrink, then hammer some more. This made my wheel well repairs fairly easy.

HG, These are the wheel houses used on Whitey. One is a 2A. One is a 3A. I modified the 2A to match the 3A...

Anything is possible. It's just what you are willing to do. Me, I would put in a new piece of sheet steel. Not good at heating and shrinking.
