Very nice. Another fine example of the works of John Moses Browning!. Good choice for carry. And by the way "Browning" is pronounced "Browning" . Lee

Love me some 1911's....Mines a stainless steel full frame model. Which works out, because I don't have a Concealed Carry License, but in Texas, you can carry in your vehicle.

I remember carrying those on guard duty. One I carried the trigger was so loose it went off if you got your finger anywhere near the trigger. The other one was so hard that by the time you pulled the trigger it pulled so hard to the right that the shot was in another state. The armorers didn't keep up the 45s too well.
Also had a time in Germany at Graf the FOs went back to base to party and locked up the M16s and 45s in the trailer. Comrade broke in and took the M16s. 45s were still there.

My 45s have always function flawlessly. I have had 4, currently 2.
The Colt was awesome! Brother owns it now. That one had an Ed Brown Barrel added.
The Spring Field Got sold.
I won't part with Remington Rand.
