Very nice.
My Grandmother's maiden name was Mickolichek and came from Poland. She managed to survive both WWs in Europe.

I dunno. Bob, you may have been hosed on this jeep. I hope you didn't pay too much for it. Anybody else see anything that might suggest it is an MB rather than a GPW? If it is a GPW, your safety strap eyebolts are pointing the wrong way. Jeep police might have a field day with you, Bob Turkeyski. Just sayin' in a constructive way.

Moose, you missed the RR tail light with the wrong black out lense. It is better though, if you want someone to see it at night. Common upgrade. Bob, no foul on your part , we are just trying to show off how much we know, which isn't much, except when it comes to pronouncing Willys correctly. John

Has the local fuzz ever given you grief over the 1919? I'm assuming its real.
HG...every restored, running jeep SHOULD look fantastic to you.

I have an untouched non-script 42 GPW tub and before I took off the eye-bolts they were straight up and down and not horizontal like everyones says they should be.

I dunno, Zookeeper. I'm going with its been touched! Henry never would've let it off the assembly line with such a faux pas! Now, he said it's just the tub...minus the rest of the jeep. That thing might not qualify as "untouched"! Lol

It was a wrecked tub. Still OD original paint. The one eyelet was bent over from the wreck and and still oriented the same as the other. Everything that was left on it was F marked.
