Here is a quick update....I let the battery charge last night...spun it over with the handcrank this morning...she fired up on the third try (I'm always leery hand cranking). I shut her down after she warmed up and I used the foot starter to reignite her! That just raised the value at least $5k for HG!
I think if I buy a new battery, she'll be great. Thanks everyone!

Glad you got it fixed! So moral of the story ... The bushing in the bell housing was busted but being clever bought one at a big box bargin bin.....boy that's beautiful!

Either Gary wears a rubber shirt when he works on stuff or it's all BS. Way too clean. My Jeeps pee all over me and then tear holes in my clothes. It's like wearing a grease rag. John

John Rubber suit, ha! It would have to 'murican made rubber or it be rotten before the job was through! (Per my shifter boot post) That was one of my newer shirts, that haven't made it all the way to work shirt status yet. Wife wanted to go out to eat. Moose, I'm glad she's fixed!
