This was my Grandfathers. A part of the original Haines Garage. I am unsure of the date of manufacture. It still works well.

Anyone with an idea of what year this might be from...I find no dates or tags, Maybe I am not looking hard enough.

WHAT YEAR DID THEY START USING 3 PRONG PLUGS ?? THAT SHOULD GIVE YOU A DARN GOOD IDEA OF WHAT ERA IT SHOULD BE AS IN EARLY YEARS THEY USED COTTON COVERED
WIRE ...MY GUESS WOULD BE LATE 40'S TO EARLY 50'S...JUST A SHOT IN THE DARK

Post 1957, and your welcome!,,,,,,,,,,,,,, HG is thinking, how the hell does he know that!,,,, you are, aren't you!!!!, Well, I looked over your photo, on the bottom of the charger it says "Silicon Rectifier", well they would not have put that on there if it was not a big deal, right, so I opened another browser and did a Wiki search on the topic, and it was developed by "GE" in 57, I will throw a wild ass guess of 1960 on the charger. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Silicon-controlled_rectifierDetective Lee

Thanks Captain! That is some good work, and developed by GE. imagine that. Grandpa worked at the Schenectady Plant as a Turbine Inspector.

I have a Exide super battery charger model number is Ex 101 it's in good shape and still works what year is it made
