I was in for a very special surprise today. I was telling my Brother about the Lincoln Welder I got for Christmas. He said " I wish you would have said something about wanting a stick welder, you can have Grandpas.....(He inherited it with a bunch of other tools) I said "WHAT!!" He said he didn't need it....I went to his house today and picked it up. It is dated 1981, Montgomery Ward.

Here is the coolest part...The cart was built by my Grandfather. I remember when he did it. I asked him, how do you make things like that.

He said to me "I am not bragging, but I see things in my head, and then I just make them"
I know it is a simply cart...but it means the world to me.

I am very thankful that my Brother would give this up for me....

Very nice, and DC to boot. you will need some 6013 rod for AC, and 7018 for DC, my favorites, I have never ran a welder like that on DC, may have to visit and try it out!, Gonna be tough keeping the garage felix Hunger spotless, while fabricating, LOL
