Lets assume your motor has been taken apart to its bare bones, or BLOCK!
Find a local MACHINE SHOP, that has a GOOD reputation.
I have been dealing with mine for 18 years
The initial cost will be to soak the block clean, and magniflux it to check for cracks.
In my build, I have sent many a block to be checked, only to find them cracked beyond repair.
Trust me when I tell you, I hate that phone call
