This is a Cornwell. There were a few other manufacturers.

I'll add these. Offset metric Husky wrenches that make the task of dealing with eccentric nuts slightly less miserable.

hawk i got the exact same corn well i think, mine is very very close if not exact. my eccentrics are rounded off to much to use it though, which is a bummer but the positive is i have the right tool for the job.

I didnt know one like the cornwell exsisted. I got busy few years ago and made my own that works well. Is the cornwell wrench still available? Why would any kind of metric wrench be anywhere close to a flatfender?

Why would any kind of metric wrench be anywhere close to a flatfender? Because in this particular application it works great. A similar designed standard wrench may work too but I don't have any.

Here are my brake adjusting tools. I just couldn't bear to grind down a perfectly good snap-on 3/4 deep offset box end, so I ground down an OKB tools (Old Knuckle Buster, thanks Granville King) 3/4 deep offset box end wrench instead. I'm really not a snap-on snob. The VAST majority of my tools are USA craftsman and well worn. Don't get me started on Craftsman's business decision to offshore hand tool production. Remember the outrage and kick-back from the short lived line of craftsman hand tools that were quietly made in Japan in the 1980s? I can only HOPE that happens again with this round of off-shore manufacturing. images: The trio (there is a 9/16 missing from the trio for the top adjuster lock nuts.) my corn well is like above but 5/16 and 3/8 works on the truck eccentrics that aren't rounded and shot but most of them are vise grips only.
