Guess I have to take the proper pronunciation. Been saying it wrong all these years. So Yeah, it's the side I'm on. Just forgive me when I stumble on occasion. The pronunciation is in the person's whose name it is. Like mine. Kalamaja Finnish pronunciation Kah Lah My Yah. American Kah Lah Mah Jah kinda like pajamas or bananas. I like the Finnish way. Half my family says it the American way.

If that is correct, then I will gladly be selling my MB. It's just As stupid way to pronounce it. Or, if that is how you say it, then it's a dumb way to spell it.

Do you two yahoos know how the British pronounce the word "aluminum"? If we should travel down the road of "how the Brits say it is the correct way to say it", then take your crown lovin', Union Jack wavin', Tory sympathizin' self on back to London. Where is that Oily General Custer?

As for pronouncing things, Dad taught himself English when he came over from Germany. Till the day he passed away he never spoke many words correctly. No bid thing. I'll probably never say it right, just like Dad. But like my Dad, I sure do like a good argument. Dad would take the wrong side just for arguments sake.

Siding with the Moose here some and being a Yank from Detroit, with the spelling (Willys) I would say it Willeez. Like here in Virgina the town of Staunton they pronounce Stanton. Now how do you do that? Wrong, wrong, wrong. This Willys guy must have been a southerner.

The English can't pronounce American words properly in many many examples, so I can't go along with this bogus video as proof. Sorry, still not convinced of anything more than John North Willys saying his own name as he saw fit. Willeeeessse still lives on. No brown nosing from the Force side here! The Dark Side is still losing. Signed General Force Willys

Must be the alkali in the water west of the great Missouri river . Right wrong or indifferent, J.N. Willys called it Will-IS so that's what it is! accept it, respect it, and move on or be prepared to be drug backwards . Oilleaker whats your opinion on a 2000 XR600 LMAO, Lee
