no head casting here, dont have the tools to do it right for the most part, could make an ok one but wouldnt want to for a while, if i did i would make an F head super sonic the first and only of its kind. or a custom head with both valves in the head first willys with that head ever. drive the jeep police nuts.

What the he!!, no tools,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Haines and I already have the marketing plan on full speed ahead , the thing will sell like hotcakes!!!!!!!!!!!!

F head can be milled easily to supersonic specs, a non Issue, AND Willys did have an overhead cam 4 cyl prototype but never produced it, it was the 230 Tornado engine (6 cyl) shortened to a 4 cyl. I know a guy that has one.

We only post because we believe in you. You are the youngest IFFC Patrol President. You are like our little brother...whom is way cool! I took metals in high school back in the 80s. I still remember my teachers name, and still have the screw driver I made. Test the limits in school....I wanted to build a hang glider...thats another story. Sir Schimms what would it hurt to ask what we talk about?
Heads and all...you might be the next big story....you never know...

Sir Schimmms, I am only pushing because you are in a very unique situation, and I want you to learn, I have never had an opportunity to cast anything other than bullets ;D, And I do not want you at 50 yrs old to look back and wish you had tried. I find casting very interesting, I toured a Caterpillar foundry in Illinois years back where they cast engine blocks, not a place I would want to work but it was very interesting how the molds were made and poured. Make stuff, and have fun with it .

ah yes the cover will not be cast, as the stuff that was stolen from me included my spare axles, one had the cover i was going to use as the pattern for the bolts.
