Retired Army Colonel, 33 years service, recently moved to AZ ... restoring my 1st "Willis" with a 47 Spen 1/4 ton trailer.
I just picked up a 42 GPW 23 November, that's been sitting in a hanger for a couple of decades at the local airport. It's in very good original condition but will need a frame up restoration. I collect and restore/preserve vintage military vehicles but am just getting into 1/4 tons jeeps. Looking forward to the exchange of info and advise/knowledge I've already read on forum posts.
