Any benefit to painting the inside of the bellhousing? I don't think it was originally. Thanks

Yes, as the rear main seal leaks the paint will make it easier to clean up the next time it's apart!  I always paint them, for no reason other than its the right thing to do!. |

Paint Police EH? There's usually enough oil flying around in there to never have to worry about rust!
