Oilly and Rick G were there! Hot, like 104. Beautiful Interstate 84 to the south with on ramp construction all night. Chip and seal. Brooms running, and back up alarms. Figures huh? The meet had a low number turn out. Seems the old guys are not being replaced. Heck, I'm one of them. There was 3 half tracks together in one museum shop. Awesome. Neat museum, with a real slat grille Jeep. A Willlleeeessseee! Vendors with pretty good deals on stuff. I scummed out and got a real Schwartz WW2 MB horn. Met Flat fender Ben and went for a personal quided tour of Badgerhole trail. On BLM land. The locals said in two weeks, no vehicle travel allowed do to fire danger. I'd believe that too. Ben's back yard was full of Jeep. We felt right at home. Ate at a real Mexican restaurant. Was good. I got to see Rick's awesome shop with his private collection of treasure all over the inside. I felt comfy in there. Plenty of 4 legged friends to see too. A real Muleskinner for sure. We even drove way up into the boondocks and sat on Rick's cabin porch for a Mulekick. Ummm Good! Thanks Rick. See you in 2 weeks. Oilly
