When given the option i'll always default to BACON. Bacon all the way And cut thick!. I go loose, .016, as the old timers used to say "If you can hear em they ain't Burn'in"........ Several at the FCT asked me how I like my Diesel, LOL, perhaps I will adjust tighter!

Because of the wear and not having a feeler gauge that narrow, I set mine at .014 after first setting them at .016 and them being too noisey. So far so good.

I haven't adjusted them yet...Probably hasn't been done in 25 years.
