Anyone use the Crown needle bearing rebuild kit on a T90? Did anyone have several extra small needle bearings left? I couldn't get anymore to fit and had at least a third of a next run of needles left.

Stepping out on a limb here...I was told way back to actually count the needles that you removed. I know, a pain in the ass. I did. My kit was exactly the same count. Just like throw those away......  |

The kit I got from Ron for the first rebuild had extra as well and there is nearly 2k on the this Transmission now. Just weird.

I ran into a problem on mine, where the spacer washers in the cluster gear were too thick. I had to use the old thinner ones, and then all was well. You can only fit so many in, but my kit was right on on needle roller number. Oil

Well it's not in yet. So going to take it apart and make sure. Like an old saying my Dad said. "I cut this board three times and it's still too short".

mine had a bunch of extra, can't remember exactly where i got the kit but it came with more than needed, most likely they figured someone would loose a few. imagine that. Any how the tranny has over 1000 miles on it since rebuild and so far so good.
