You guys are 100% correct. It's a lot like the stock market. Look at the graphs long enough and you'll see the patterns.
Gary, those pics are incredible. Thanks for posting. It made me realize that everyone has some pretty neat things accessible to us to see on a daily basis. Granted, in our Texmex Rancho Deluxe Sparky Professor's case, this is abnormal, but just having a damn of that size is pretty cool. Next time I'm in Charleston, I'll take some skyline pictures and post. (I feel a new thread coming on). Two days ago, I got to take a ride on a pontoon boat out towards folly beach. I got educated in the drifting islands and sandbars...they change positions seasonally based on the weather. We got close to the Morris Island light house (same Morris island from the civil war and movie Glory). The light house used to be on land, 400 ft from the oceans edge. Now the light house looks like the leaning tower if Pisa and is its own island with waves crashing against it...well disconnected to the actual Morris Island. Climate change.

Yeah, I'm with you guy's. This old earth has gone from rain forest to ice age a lot of times and there was no burning of fossil fuels before now. Best bet is to learn to live with the change, those that adapt will survive. I believe it is just a big ruse for Al Gore and his green buddies to sell there stuff!! Just my opinion!!

As Hawky said, it's normal cyclic changes. I remember back in the middle 60's having 3 weeks of cold rain in June steady. Wrecked my summer. Also 20 foot snow drifts in the winter. So, all is normal boys. Enjoy the ride. HBR's in cold, Rum and Coke or brewskies in the heat. We got it whipped. Oilly
