Hey Bo Bo - This was parked next to me and the M38 tonight at the local greasy spoon diner cruise night. '67 Ford. The new owner just DROVE it back from Summerville, SC last week. Are you the PO? LOL. The body is rock solid which is a dead giveaway it is not a Maine truck. All ours are completely rotted out. I'd love to start somewhere in AZ with an empty car hauler and just load it up with treasures like this as I pick my way back home.

Holy cow! That's Jethro Junior's! He got it from Jethro Junior Senior who won it in a moon pie eating contest back in '83. The local sheriff had it impounded and the fines were never paid. The sheriff then donated it to the contest winner. I think Bubba's cousin, Beaver Jones had owned it before he got drunker than a moon chicken squawking at Cooter Brown on a Tuesday night. Most of my redneck buddies lost their virginity in the truck bed over on Light Rd back in the day. Small world! Hope that truck makes just as many holsome memories up in your neck of the woods!
Seriously...that is an insane road trip. I guess maybe I can drive a jeep or a truck over the Ravenel Bridge. I bet you laughed your butt off when he said Summerville. I wish I had known whose truck that was.

I bet you laughed your butt off when he said Summerville. Yep. First thing I did was check the floor crevices and glove box for stray golf balls and tees.....

Love it. Needs a FE 390 in it. Corrillo rods and aluminum heads all pumped up to be just like a 427. You could run some shine in it then!!!!!!!! That stuff tastes like kerosene. Oilly

It is amazing that the silly phrase "Its a small world." Hold so true. What is also very cool is that the members of this fine site have a connection they keep in the back of their minds that pops up in situations just like this. I have had many conversations with random people who tell me NC this, or MN that TX, SD, ME, MI, VA, OH, and all in between. I can pick up a CO license plate from a mile away!!! Its nice to have friends that think of you. Some of the things that happen around here are down right goose bump giving and too coincidental at best to say the least! Love it!!
And that is a very cool truck!! I never have seen it either Moose, and usually I keep an eye out for cool stuff like that! Great description in your response buy the way.....It is probably more correct than you think!!!!
