Have any of you guys found anyplace to get a good fitting and quality made set of rubber fender flares for the flatties? My new bigger wheels and tires on Wilbur stick out just enough that it throws crud down the sides of it. I want to install a set of flares but i dont want generic fit alls that in truth dont usually fit anything very well. Any insight?

I have the same issue, 235-15's on 7" rims, love-em but not the mess , I will go to narrower rims, as I do not like flares. Lee

I had 235 x 15 on it but the wheels had enough back space that they didnt stick out, but now im running 30 x 10.5 x 15 on wider aluminum wheels and they stick out about 1" and thats just enough to cover everything with mud. While im not a huge fan of flares as far as how they look, i do like these wheels and tires so will just have to live with flares...but i at least want good ones that fit well. The only other option is not to go in any mud.....and thats not gonna happen.

Yup!, had 10.50x15 on my 56 CJ5 in high school, the mud on the side was cool then, LOL.

I have a printed page somewhere in my f-ing binders, that I will look up and post here for you guy's. The rear's are the same as the ones they had for the CJ5, but the front's don't have the down-curve at the front. They just come along the side of the front fender to where the curve start's. I'll let you know as soon as I find it!!

I just sent a clickable link to Sir Lee that list the flat-fender flares, and are priced at $97.99CDN on that page! Lee should be posting the link here, because I am a computer blood brother with Sir oilleaker!! Chuck

Say Kansascat I sent a clickable link to Sir Haines to add to this site for your perusal. He posted it on another page under 3A flares. You have to scroll a long way down the page to get to the flares, but they are there, and the price looks real good. Have a boo!! binthere
He posted it in member talk

Yeah, my friend has had them on his 2A for quite some time now. It was him who brought them to my attention. If you go to the 3B home page, click on owners photo's, and look at Chuch Frerichs build, about 4 or 5 down. In the last picture, there are 2 jeeps on trailers. The one on the left is my friends 2A, and it has a set of those flares on it, and he runs about the same tire that I run on my "B". I'm pretty sure he likes them, as they are still attached!! LOL
