I am starting this thread on my build of my Grandfathers 1946 CJ2A. I have been at it for almost 2 years now. Grandfather plowed snow with the 2A for 30+ years in Western NY. You can imagine what I started with. It is my quest to restore as best I can My Grandfathers Jeep. I will post photos as progress is completed. I still have a way to go. Photos on the way...Lets Roll!

I actually am working. But what I do does have some nice benifits. I remoldled this beach 6 years ago for a fantastic family that is willing to share their home with mine. I am actually at work. view is Isle of Palms from the widows walk. Attachments:

Enough Funning About.Time to serious ;D. A little background. Jeep was my Grandfathers, whom plowed snow with it in Scotia NY. When I got it, lets just say it was in rough condition. Here is what it looked like before I started. Attachments:

Frame is rotted beyond repair, springs are cracked and broken, tub is rusted ....but it is Grandpas Jeep....It will LIVE Again!
