My 46 has a set of 3/4" holes punched into the passenger side. Originally I thought it was for the CJ3A Harrison Heater, but it wasn't. I found the original holes on the drivers side, although one had been filled. That said, my plan for rehabbing the Harrison got shelved because I didn't want it to hang that low AND have to drill new mounting holes (or drill two more 3/4" holes for the Harrison). Drilling extra holes makes me cringe. So I opted to get the Mojave - which is rated at 12k BTU, but is USA made (although the motor said China). That .said, not wanting to drill more holes, I changed out the bolts for the air cleaner brackets for longer ones and made a few plates. It'll work and is completely removable if I ever choose. I still need to do some tweaking and plumbing. It's going to run through my vintage switch though

A few more pictures. I trimmed down, and powder coated the brackets. Wish I had a decent pipe bender. Even with flexible 1/2" it was tough to bend without crushing. Here's what I started with. I changed the bolts on the oil bath brackets to longer ones. The heater hose holes weren't factory and I don't know what they were drilled in that location for this Jeep. On a later 2A they would have been near these anyway Drivers Side Bracket, sits flush with the back of the heater Passenger side bracket was extended using 3" bolts, which I welded to the plate, then double nutted Inline 1/2" filter to keep the sediment out of the heater core. I ended up soldering with 1/2" elbows (Hey I remembered how to do it!)

Very nice, you have a lot of crap in the cooling system ?..... Nice work! I didn't think so until I took the head off and found it was full of stuff. I've flushed and filled twice this past year, so IMHO that's not an effective way to really get it clean IF it's been neglected. I put a few magnets in the top hose and all were covered in crap after 30 minutes of run time. I have another contraption I'm working on that I'll post later on that will filter the main line. Not a permanent thing, but hoping it'll catch some scale as I try running some vinegar in the system this summer to hopefully clean some of the rust out. This is kinda the idea with it, but I used iron pipe instead. www.tefba.com/

Nice work! Have you tried any of those cooling system flushes? I've seen couple at the local NAPA store. Have no idea if they work or not.

The problem trying to flush is getting the heavy stuff in the block into suspension to flush it out, nearly impossible..... Last time my head was off (on the Jeep) I fixed a piece of brake tubing on a blow gun and went down the cooling passages and blew the hell out of it, and with the garden hose flushing away, that worked well.
