If I didn't screw up the axle, I would have more to show. I have ordered some needed brake parts..

If you didn't screw up, you'd be perfect. For military lube labeling, the fill/check plugs are red. You'll need to go back and change the black. Looking entirely too clean! John

Looks great. So clean. I don't think my little red ex-farm/hunting rig will ever be that clean. I bet that it wasn't that clean 2 days after it left the dealership.
Funny. I painted my drain, fill plugs red on my civilian unit without even thinking about it. I think the plugs are from lots of different sources. The front fill plug has a big MF stamped in the middle. Probably Massey-Ferguson. My paint probably won't actually stick. Parts were too dirty and it was too cold to paint, but they MIGHT be easier to find next time I pull the plugs.

Thanks for the compliments. I think I will leave the plugs black. I have a idea of what I want it to look like done. You can't go wrong with OD Green and Black.

Looks too clean, throw some dirt on it. Now, which military jeep are you wanting, WW2 or M38? The bumperettes go up on WW2 or down on M38. I always thought it was neat that Willys offered Olive Drab on stock CJ2A's. Was that your original color? John

I am looking to do a WW2 style. Original color was Harvest Tan. Grandpa painted it twice, GE Green.
