I don't know how many of you have this problem. I never have the right tool in the right shop. I have a multitude of shop buildings. For different purposes , the workshop at the house is where I'm working on the Willeese. The truck shop is the bidness shop, welding n heavy stuff. Then there's the toy box, where I did some of my restorations. The trouble is no matter which shop I never have the tool I need. Guess I should do like Oilleaker and just equip them all with a lift and all the hand tools you think you might need, but that would be cost prohibitive. The other alternative is to move all this Willys stuff to the toy box, but thats about a 5 mile drive when I want to work on the Jeep. Guess I shoulda put this one in the complaint dept. Or just quit whining and get to work.

My second home shop is just basic tools. The hard hitting dirty work is at the main shop. My escape from the world now. 2 miles away. What happens in the shop, stays in the shop-----LOL. Oil

To have a hoist you can walk under the car without hitting your head requires a 14 foot ceiling. Not 12, 14!!!!! I also allows you to drive your forklift around to pull and move engines about. My 5000 lb Heister is my shop tool extaordinary! I left him over night at the neighbors bodyshop and Eric the prankster who works there, made a perfect "S" that matched Heisters letters out of black electrical tape. Took me a while to notice it. What a character he is. Never a dull moment. He lately is calling me "The White Obama". Oil

Let's see the pics!!! X2! Grumpy!! Thanks Scott! The little garage works out good for the Willis and small tractors, but it sucks trying to work on a full size pickup...

I cleaned the oil spots off the floor before I took pictures. The 3B is on the other side of the wall, where the heat is. I pulled the TJ out to take pictures. The 4 wheeler kicks butt.

???A word of cation if your plugged in turned on shop light should fall into a 10 gallon tub of coolant its not a good idea to reach in to get it. It is a good idea to keep your roller board ( creeper) picked up, cause when your plugged in turned on drop light falls into a tub of coolant you might step back quickly when the blub pops and the sparks start flying, as you step on the creeper it moves. Next thing you know your flat on your back staring up at the stars.

Negative. English Cars. Kin to jeeps. Tell yourself anything you want. The only reason the English like Jeeps, is because they are not speaking German.
