Hey gang, Here is the motor pool in various states of (dis)repair! From L to R: 6/44 MB, 2/44 MB, 3/45 GPW and in the rear is a 6/42 NFF (Nonconforming Flat Fender). Most of them run; some better than others! One is dependable to stop...when needed. Attachments:

A Gagle...haha...I DID read about those on some forum, somewhere! . Evidently, they are really rare and hardly ever seen, much less heard! I'm driving them (in the loosest form possible), but nowhere near as much as I should be! If only Haines could drive a stick... The GPW gets out on the town, the middle MB goes around the block, the other MB gets pushed around by the neighborhood kids, and the NFF (Dodge) periodically goes forwards and backwards...that one is desperately wanting a brake job...among other things!

It needs to be known that I have been to the Moose Lodge. (I still need to know why he chose that user name) I recall Homer Pile ;D ;D . The Moose is Bo Turocy. We have been friends for awhile now. He is a very talented, dedicated, enthusiastic Jeeper, as well as a WW2 Re-enactor. He is also the South Carolina Flat Fender Club VP! His story of as to why he does, what he does, inspires me, as well as others...have all not heard it? Maybe a post of your story here on the IFFC site is in order? As always Bo, you most impress me....Thanks for the show.

A few years ago, when I was restoring an M37, I quickly realized that John Bizal was THE ONE to throw $$ at for parts. Up until that time, I always drooled over the pictures of his practically NOS GPW tool kit. ...and then I got the M37 and had a reason to buy stuff from him him! Right now, it's not so much finding where to buy what I need, but instead how to pay for it! Seems like nobody is keen on letting me eat hamburgers today and paying for the next Tuesday. Jeep on the left in the above picture...make an offer!

Haines...thanks for the invite...but I'm a no-go. I'm not really supposed to be outside of the local city limits since that last incident. Maybe things will be different in 2023. I'll pencil it in.

Tim...THANKS! It started with the GPW and with a blink of an eye, THAT happened. Hi, my name is Bo and I have a problem.
I know I should get rid of two of them, but its really hard to do!
Scott...NO WAY. You are pretty much the George Washington of SCFFC presidents. "I pity the fool that ousts you!" You were probably too busy shaking hands, kissing babies and eating pizza at the Charleston jeep meet, but Mr. T was there and said that exact sentence ...to me...as he cracked all the knuckles in his hands. Nice guy, though. Wish he'd have brought a jeep, however.

It is with a very saddened and heavy heart that I must report that the Motor Pool no longer looks like the picture posted at the start of this thread. The MB on the left (facing) has flown from the nest and will have a good life being restored by an active duty US Army Major!
On the plus side, I've started pulling off body parts from the WC and cleaning/repairing them.
