Just found out that Split Personality is JeffC. A very good trail companion with a beautiful GPW that I admired for the week at the FCT. Jeff can crawl rocks better than I can. He didn't bend a spring u bolt like I did. Welcome Jeff! Please come back on and insult us back. We'll now make Haines pay for his mistakes. You must admit that Willys ------Willeeessse is correct! Hello All My name is Jeff (Split Personality) 3 years ago I thought I knew a lot about flat fender Jeeps! I was told about the Fall Color tour in 2012 and decided to take that week off work and go! I brought a 46 Willys that the hood and fenders were painted white and the tub blue, so I called it Split Personality. Back to thinking I knew a lot about Jeeps. At the FCT 2012, I meet a lot of guys that really do know a lot about Jeeps. There went me being an authority. My wife and grand kids still think I am an authority, I have attended the FCT the past 3 year and have meet great guys that are authorities on the Flat Fender jeep subject! A few of the things I learned this year is the ridge on the brake and Clutch goes toward the steering Colum. I would have bet money on that one. I thought the ridge kept your foot from falling off.
I have been collecting jeeps for the past 10 years and have a few, I just seams to me a guy just cant have enough jeeps! What if one wont start. Let me rephrase that! When one doesn't start, ya got have a back up.
I look forward to being part of Haines Garage! About 10 years ago I built a 46 and called it "Gives me the Willys" Sorry Lee, Gives me the Will-is doesn't sound good.

Hi Jeff...I love the thought of another gpw roaming around here. And as for your account being deleted...that right there is the PERFECT introduction to Haines!! Geez, HG, you are such a jerk! That has to be one of the fastest deletes/bans EVER! And the poor guy never ever even contributed to a single post!

JeffC...(Split Personality) is one of my favorite participants at the FCT. The GPW he brought this year is the nicest one I've ever seen in person. It's parade ready...and yet, he's willing to bring it to the challenging trails of the Colorado High Country. Gotta love it.
I believe he has a whole building full of Jeeps. The posted pictures should be extensive!!
